Michael Galloway manages the ipl2's online collections and instructs students in ipl2 member school workshops in collection development and maintenance for the ipl2. He also provides technical support for QRC, the in-house software that runs the Ask an ipl2 Librarian email reference service, and Hypatia, the in-house software that houses the ipl2's digital collections. Michael also performs website maintenance on the ipl2.
