Departure

These tips will help make your departure a pleasant one:

  • Bring your luggage and belongings with you to the studio on the morning of the teleconference so that you can depart directly from the studios.
  • The teleconference typically ends at 2 pm Eastern time (1 pm Central, noon Mountain, and 11 am Pacific). A luncheon will be served immediately after the teleconference.
  • We will arrange transportation to the airport the morning of the teleconference; please allow approximately three hours for the cab ride and checking in.
