Jane Light has been Director of the San Jose Public Library System since 1997. She co-manages the unique Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library with the San Jose State University Library Dean and oversees a twenty building branch library development program funded by the largest public library bond measure ever passed in the United States.
