Questions

Google and Your Patrons

Soaring to Excellence

  • As a librarian I think Google is the greatest resource, and I’d be only too happy if all library resources were just like it. Why are the panelists so worried about Google?
  • I really was amazed by those tools that show what Google is missing – but how can I get my library patrons to pay attention to them?
  • I don’t have a lot of time to keep up with Google. If I can only do one thing, what should that be?
