Bill Erbes

Bill Erbes is the Assistant director of the Bensenville Community Public Library District, Bensenville, Illinois. Very much interested in continuing education and staff development, Bill has authored and produced a very successful series of videotapes, including Web Searching: Jenny and Maxx Explain it All and Satisfy and Delight: Customer Service the Bensenville Way. A frequent guest on Soaring to Excellence, Bill has also been an adjunct faculty member of the College of DuPage and Dominican University.
