Gail Baumlein, PhD, MSN, RN, CSN

Dr. Baumlein is currently a member of the nursing faculty and Director of the RN-BSN program at MedCentral College of Nursing, Ohio. Gail has been a nurse for over 20 years and an educator for 12 of those years. Gail’s area of specialty is primarily medical-surgical nursing, but she has also worked in pediatrics, outpatient surgery, and the emergency department. Gail has developed an interest in using technology to teach nursing, and has presented at national conferences and workshops on this topic. Gail was awarded the Distinguished Nursing Alumni Award for 2003 from the University of Akron, College of Nursing.
