Mary Collins, PhD, MS, RN, FAAN

After working as a public health nurse and educator, Dr. Collins has been with the Decker School of Nursing in Binghamton University for many years; first as a faculty member and then, for 16 years, as dean. Mary is now an endowed chair at the Decker School. Mary is a member of the State Board for Nursing of New York State and the Accreditation Review Committee of CCNE.
