Dianne Ryan, MA, BC, RN, CNA

Ms. Ryan has been working in staff development at New York-Presbyterian Hospital (formerly New York Hospital) for the past 16 years. As director, Dianne’s role is to plan, develop, and implement orientation, inservices, staff development programs, and continuing education for all levels of nursing staff. For the past 12 years, Dianne has lectured on various staff development-related topics at Drexel University’s National Staff Development conferences, as well as at local hospitals and healthcare-related organizations. Dianne authored a bock chapter in 2001 on the creation and use of visual aids for the Emergency Nurses’ Association.
