May Wykle, PhD, MSN, RN, FAAN, FGSA

Dr. Wykle is Dean and Florence Cellar Professor of Gerontological Nursing at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing and Director of the University Center on Aging and Health at Case Western Reserve University. May has conducted research in areas of geriatric mental health, family caregiving, minority caregivers, care for clients with dementia, and self-care practices. May is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, and has made hundreds of presentations nationally and internationally. She also serves on boards and committees for local, state, and government agencies and organizations. May served as the first Pope Eminent Scholar at the Rosalynn Carter Institute at Georgia Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia.
