MaryLynn Engelmann, EdD, MSN, RN

Nursing and Healthcare

 


Dr. Lynn Engelmann was awarded a B.S.N. from Marycrest College and an M.S.N. from Case Western Reserve, Francis Payne Bolton School of Nursing, and an EdD from Northern Illinois University.

 

Dr. Engelmann is Professor of Nursing at College of DuPage, Glen Ellyn, Illinois and has been teaching nursing for over 25 years. Lynn is co-editor of the first editions of Teaching Nursing: The Art and Science (Volumes 1, 2, and 4).

 

Dr. Engelmann has been presenting topics related to NCLEX and program success, students at risk, and faculty helping behaviors at national conferences for the past nine years.

 

Dr. Engelmann serves as Associate Editor for Teaching and Learning in Nursing. She is an NLN Ambassador and member of the National Education Advisory Council, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Kappa Delta Pi, International Honor Society in Education, and is a fellow in the Academy of Nursing Education.
