Marsha Purtee, MSN, BS, CNE

Nursing and Healthcare

Ms. Purtee began teaching after receiving her bachelor’s degree in secondary education from Wright State University. She decided to broaden her background and pursued an associate degree in nursing from Kettering College of Medical Arts, Kettering, Ohio, where she is currently an instructor.

Marsha’s love of teaching combined with her calling to the ministry of healing inspired her to pursue a M.S. in nursing for the ultimate purpose of becoming a nurse educator. Marsha is currently completing her dissertation for a PhD in Educational Leadership. As a seasoned educator, Marsha has used her creative talents to become an innovator and leader in the use of interactive teaching strategies in the classroom.
