TLC Medical Center: A Simulated Patient Information System contains the computerized records of 12 fictitious patients, ranging in age from 6 to 80, with a wide variety of diagnoses related to medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric, and psychiatric conditions. Students access these records, learn how to read records, print out records, enter new data, document patient care, order supplies, and develop care plans. Media: CD-Rom and text.
